Southern Patagonia brings together three very different bases for exploring Argentina’s far south: El Calafate, El Chaltén and Ushuaia. The route combines glacier country, mountain scenery and coastal landscapes, with time built in to travel between them and enjoy each place at a slower pace. In El Calafate, the journey includes the approach to Perito Moreno Glacier and a boat trip on Rico Lake. El Chaltén offers free time for walks and optional treks in the Fitz Roy area. In Ushuaia, the program continues with Beagle Channel sailing and a visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park, with the End of the World Train included on the land excursion. This is a small-group trip with a mix of guided sightseeing and free time. It works well for travellers who want a clear route through Patagonia without rushing from one stop to the next.
