This six-day Laos tour links Vientiane, Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang by road and rail, with time for temples, riverside scenery and some of the country’s best-known cultural stops. Start in Vientiane with visits to Wat Sisaket, Wat Prakeo, That Luang Stupa and Patuxay Monument. Continue north through rural landscapes to Vang Vieng, then travel on to Luang Prabang by train. In Luang Prabang, the program includes the Royal Palace Museum, Wat Sene, Wat Xiengthong, Wat Visoun, Wat Aham, Mount Phousi and the night market. The final days also include Kuang Si Waterfall, village visits and a boat trip to Pak Ou Caves. This is a small-group tour with hotel stays, selected meals, a regional English-speaking guide and private ground transport included as shown in the program.

Vang Vieng and train to Luang Prabang
Visit Tham Jang cave and cross the river to Ban Huai Ngai before transfer to the station for the train to Luang Prabang. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.B/-/-
