Istanbul and Cappadocia 6-Day Tour

This six-day trip pairs Istanbul with Cappadocia and includes a cave-hotel stay in Cappadocia. Travel is arranged with airport transfers, domestic flights, and guided small-group tours in each region. In Istanbul, the sightseeing day covers major old-city landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. In Cappadocia, the route includes the Göreme area, Avanos, Uçhisar, Çavuşin, the underground cities and several volcanic valleys and viewpoints. The program also includes time for local food, a pottery experience in Avanos, and a visit focused on early Christian history. Hot air balloon flights are optional and not part of the package. Good to know: Some sites may close on national or religious holidays. Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays. Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays. The Blue Mosque is closed on Fridays; visits are made from the garden on that day. Domestic flight baggage allowance is 25 kg checked and 8 kg cabin baggage. Airport assistance is not provided for domestic flights.
