Hunza, Skardu and Islamabad Tour

This guided journey links Islamabad with the mountain landscapes of Skardu, Shigar and Hunza. It uses domestic flights to reduce long overland transfers and keep the focus on the places visited. The route includes a mix of city stops, high mountain scenery and time in several valleys of northern Pakistan. In Skardu and Shigar, the program includes Shigar Fort, Sarfaranga Cold Desert, Shangrila Lake, Upper Kachura Lake and Soq Valley. The Hunza section takes in the Karakoram Highway, Karimabad, Hopper Valley, Baltit Fort, Altit Fort, Duikar Valley, Khunjerab Pass, Attabad Lake, Passu Cones, Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Borith Lake and Naltar Valley before returning to Gilgit and Islamabad.
